As we head into the holiday season, it’s always a great time to reflect on the previous 12 months and to note our highlights and accomplishments from the past year.
2025 has been another exciting and dynamic year, however, we shifted our focus from “growth” to “strengthening” the organization.
And, while we still grew the company, we truly “strengthened” all aspects of our organization.
Our focus on building a stronger organization was initiated at the start of the 2025, when we unveiled a new operating structure that gave us two distinct operating divisions.
Rene Brunal was announced as the VP of Commercial Operations, and the leader of a team of Area Managers and Project Managers one-hundred percent dedicated to commercial properties.
Heather Parker was announced as the VP of Multi-Family Operations, and is now the leader of Area Managers and Project managers that support our multi-family properties.
Under Heather’s leadership, Galu Murillo was elevated to Regional Manager of our Concierge Division, which became our fastest growing division in 2025.
Josh Harber expanded his responsibilities as he was announced as our Vice President of Client Development. In this role, Josh and his team support the entire life-cycle of our client-relationships.
This new operating structure gave each Vice President and Division clear ownership of their roles and responsibilities with the overall impact being STRONGER support for our employees and clients!
Other notable highlights and milestones from 2025 include:
2025 was the first full year of our 401K plan; the company contributed over $100,000 in matching funds!
2025 was the first full year of company sponsored Life Insurance for ALL employees; regardless of position!
CleanOffice / PorterPlus+ was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as the #1 Mid-Size company in the DC Region for Workplace Diversity!
The company introduced to Cleo, our “Virtual Safety Trainer” and we began our monthly safety training video series
We added 40 new clients including 6 in the Richmond / Central Virginia
Our Concierge Division grew to over 50 employees supporting accounts in DC, MD and VA
And we continued to focus on our “WHY”…creating positive experiences for everyone we touch!
As we peek around the corner to 2026, we will continue to focus on Strength AND Growth while keeping our “WHY” close to everything we do!
