Telma is originally from San Miguel, El Salvador and now resides in Montgomery County, Maryland where she has raised her two sons.
In her free time, Telma enjoys activities that allow her to escape the craziness of the Building Service industry. This includes reading and taking long walks.
Telma and her family love the DC sports team and enjoy cheering on the Washington Nationals and the Washington Capitals.

Kenya joined the company in November 2024 after working in a similar role in Frederick, MD. She is originally from El Salvador where she completed her education.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with my family and to hang out with friends.
Leticia Gutierrez Area Manager Northern VA
Leticia was born in Argentina where she originally studied to become a teacher. After arriving in the United States, she continued her studies which included everything from Basic First Aid to General Accounting classes.
When she is not working in her role as an Area Manager for our Multi-Family Division, she enjoys activities like gardening, walking with her family and to listening to music.
