Brad grew up in the “cleaning business” and learned to appreciate the client’s needs by performing hands-on duties of a Day Porter while supporting a multi-tenant corporate campus.
Since 2017, Brad has been working with our multi-family / community association managers to help support the unique needs of each of their communities. Over this period of time, Brad has seen our PorterPlus+ division grow from a “new concept” to a business unit that supports over 100 properties in the DC and Richmond regions.
Brad graduated from James Madison University in May 2016 with a Business Administration degree. In his spare time he enjoys tennis and golf and spending time with his fiance Kelsey and his cat, Franklin. He is also a die-hard DC sports fan and loves cheering for his JMU Dukes.

Colin joined our team while working multiple positions to earn extra money during summer breaks while in high school and college. Upon graduating from WVU, Colin accepted a full-time role on our Business Development Team. Today Colin is responsible for supporting our working relationships with Multi-Family properties across the DMV. His friendly, winning attitude is his “calling card” and his clients truly appreciate his commitment to getting things done!
George Fernandez Account Manager Commercial Division
George joined the Client Services Team after working as a front line crew member and team-leader for a large corporate facility. George’s hands-on experience, combined with his strong communications skills, have made him a perfect fit for his role in supporting our clients. In his time away from work, George enjoys producing live events where he can showcase his love of music and food in a connecting environment.
