Clean Office Recognized by the Washington Business Journal again


For the third time in as many years, CleanOffice was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of the top 10 commercial cleaning companies in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC area.

Summer 2016

The Spring and Summer months continued to bring steady growth for CleanOffice and was represented by expansion into some key markets. In the Spring, we added to our growth in the multi-family housing market (condo’s and apartments) by earning contract awards for the following locations:

  •  * Lakeside at South Riding c/o Cardinal Management
  •  *  The Plaza Condominium in Alexandria c/o FirstService Residential

As we continued into the summer, we built on existing relationships with MRP Realty and Transwestern by adding multiple properties in Tysons Corner and Old Town Alexandria respectively. In addition, we added several other new clients that helped us increase our density across the DC Metro area:

  •  ADT Security, Springfield and Gaithersburg
  •  ValPak of Ashburn
  •  Mudel Electronics, Manassas
  •  OB3 Networks, Manassas
  •  Miles Realty, Wheaton

We appreciate the support of all of our clients (new and existing) and look forward to long-lasting working relationships.

Winter 2015-2016

The Winter months and Holiday Season did not slow done our growth during this period of time. The season began with contract awards from Finmarc and Transwestern in Old Town Alexandria and Chantilly, VA respectively.  As the new year started, we also continued our expansion in Montgomery County with the award of four properties from Scheer Partners. Speaking of expansion, January also marked a milestone with the start-up of two properties in the Greater Atlanta market .

Fall 2015

The months of September through November were extremely busy for CleanOffice as we added 15 new clients in this timeframe.

Some of the highlights included the award of two Class-A properties in the I-395 corridor managed by Cafferty Commercial and a state-of-the-art Data Center managed by COPT. In addition we continued to build on our business relationship with Lincoln Property Company with the award of McLean Office Building in downtown McLean, Virginia

Summer 2015

The Summer of 2014 was highlighted by further establishing our footprint in the Alexandria market. This was the result in the award of service contracts for 12 properties managed by Simpson Properties in the Old Town and Eisenhower sub-markets. Collectively, these properties represent over 500,000 sf of commercial office space and is the home to over 80 different businesses .
